If you are only training your body in separate parts, you are missing out on some undeniable power.

trains your body as a muscular whole (it’s a team sport), so when you are cleaning. swinging, or snatching heavy KBs (this is 2x 44lbs), you know your body will efficiently and effectively move properly and disperse the gravitational forces so your spine (or joints) are spared.
