Dynamics Rhythmic Gymnastics is USAG (USA GYMNASTICS) accredited school with over 60 members as well as State and Regional Champions! Our competitive team members compete nationwide. Our highly qualified and certified instructors and coaches at Dynamics promote respect and appreciations of the sport, by installing lifelong values of discipline, positive image, self-confidence and teamwork.

In rhythmic gymnastics, ballet is not extra it is the foundation.
It builds posture, lines, grace, coordination, musicality, and the body awareness every gymnast needs to grow beautifully in this sport.
We truly value ballet as an essential part of our training process, and we are proud to have such a professional, dedicated, and inspiring ballet teacher on our team
