Time to skate! Join us for the grand opening of Myrtle Beach’s skateboarding bowl at Matt Hughes Skate Park this Saturday, February 10, at 10:00 a.m. We will hold a short ceremony in partnership with the Friends of the Skatepark Foundation and Heart of Stoke before skating the new bowl. Everyone is welcome. Helmets and pads are encouraged. Inspired by the new bowl, city staff repainted the rest of the skate park with skate-safe paint. We hope to see you there!

Very happy to announce that the Myrtle Beach AM is now presented by ! The locals choice since 1978 offering the finest surf & skate gear, surf lessons, surf rentals, paddle boards, & surf clothing.
