If our evolution is attributed through the interaction and communication of nature, if that’s the foundation of what it is to be human; what happens when we lose the ability to do so through the pursuit of eliminating bacteria and living in a sterile environment

Technology has done many great things such as make our life easier and more comfortable but the problem comes when you overly seek comfort which lowers your tolerance to adversity.

One thing that’s very challenging, takes you out of your comfort zone, and requires a lot of work is addressing your own trauma and ego. If I decide to just put walls around my hurt self and demand the world around me to tend to my wounds, I become a slave to the world around me. If I decide to look within, break down the walls, and deal with the trauma I become empowered.

The person who’s willing to do the most work internally has the tools and perspective to make the world a better place. If you want a change in the external world, develop the internal world.
