🙌🏽👏🏽 Montez is still working on moving and controlling his balance. Multiple Sclerosis is a daily struggle but you gotta find ways to celebrate the wins. The other day we did this in 46 seconds and today after 2 days he cut his time down to 21 seconds. 🚨🚨🚨 more than 50% better in time.

Hey it’s the holiday season and we all will be traveling or exchanging gifts. It’s still covid times so still be safe! Here is a helpful tip that you should know now about fevers and infections.
Living a healthier lifestyle might seem like a large order - eating right, the exercise, self motivation and time commitment! A lot of people try this and come up short. It’s ironic that I've learned that everyone can’t always get the same results if we are all doing the same thing. How many times have you been to a group exercise class and the same people are there every time? Then you notice overtime that some people are really showing off some serious results and others are still looking the same like its their first day. Mind you that they were all doing the same exercise and at the same intensity.
The reason why we can all do the same workouts and get different results is because we all have different body types. We all go to the the gym for the same thing and that’s to get results. If it was that simple as to just go to the gym and do what everyone else does then we would all be fit right? Wrong, first you need to know about your body type, metabolic set point and understand the training system. These are the key factors that help you understand where you get your energy from to do the exercises and nutrients that you need to get the best results. Certain foods that you eat can determine where the fat is stored and how the body processes it.
I’ve asked 10 out of 10 people a few questions and they all were pretty unsure of the answer. Do you know what these words mean and what they do? The words are metabolism, protein and calories. If you don’t know then don’t feel bad because the people that I asked didn’t know either and they workout often. Did you know that inside our bodies there are 1,000’s of chemical reaction everyday? I hope that you are starting to see where i’m going with this now. You have to understand your body in order to get the results that you really need.
