Something to add as part of your self-stretching program that is valuable are self-myofascial techniques. Research over the last several years has said that it’s an effective modality to help improve flexibility and range of motion. To make effective and the way I’ve introduced to clients depend on several factors:
➡️ only apply the amount of pressure needed to get some compression of the tissues
➡️ density of tool used so get a soft foam roller rather than a hard one
➡️ and texture of the tool used so start with a smooth foam roller

Did you know given in todays modern society many people have job types where they sit on average 5-7 hours in the day. Because of this you have bodies of many individuals that are flexion dominant. As a result you have poor posture that can lead into range of motion imbalances.
A way that most people can counteract that is stretching a couple minutes in the day. One stretch to incorporate is the Floor Cobra!
—>Perform it by holding the stretch 30-45 seconds, back down, and repeat. Make sure to breath on the stretch.

Build good habits, or build better habits. Don’t let laziness set in, and keep you at a standstill when it comes to health. You can be successful in your area of expertise and be building an empire, but what good is it if your health isn’t at the same level. At the minimum, if you can’t get exercise for the day in, then strive for your daily food consumption to be on that top tier level.
