Sometimes it hits you…
How good life really is.
And you realize you worked for this.
Not in the grind-it-out way.
Not in the hustle kind of way.
And not in the push-harder way.
That stuff just keeps the real goodness further away.
The work is one of inner cultivation. One of releasing everything—every thought, idea, belief, programming and conditioning—that tried to pull me away from my own thriving.
It’s a decision.
It’s a new kind of attunement.
It’s a radical new standard for calibrating one’s inner resources, specifically your nervous system and your mindset.
So as I’m sitting here swinging, I just had to share this breakthrough reflection with you.
Because when I thrive in greater and greater ways, I want to take you with me!!!
Let it be good.
Decide it gets to be good.
Know that you are good. Like, at the core of who you are. You are so good.
It gets to be good for you.
So let it be.
And know that the best is yet to come. 💛✨

To all the smart, ambitious women who are done burning the f*ck out:
What if we stopped accepting tired, overwhelmed, depleted, and disconnected as the inevitable cost of creating a successful life?
Because your joy was never supposed to be the price.
Your aliveness was never supposed to be the price.
Your relationship with yourself was never supposed to be the price.
And your God-given ability to imagine, desire, create, and actually experience your own damn life was definitely never supposed to be the price.
I think there is a smarter way to live.
One where we stop sacrificing ourselves in service of our success and start recognizing that our joy, aliveness, presence, creativity, and access to ourselves are part of the currency we create our lives with.
That is the experiment happening inside Project Thrive. 💛✨

What if there are possibilities for your life that you literally cannot see yet?
Not because they aren’t available.
Because you haven’t yet become available to them.
This past year has fundamentally changed the way I understand joy, aliveness, desire, creativity—and what becomes possible when we have more of ourselves available to us.
I’ve watched businesses emerge and expand.
Relationships deepen.
Women become more present with their children.
Ideas appear that weren’t visible before.
And I’ve watched it happen in my own life in ways I could not have predicted.
That’s why I created Project Thrive.
Not to teach you how to manufacture a perfect life.
To create an experiment in what becomes possible when we deliberately cultivate more access to ourselves.
More joy.
More aliveness.
More curiosity.
More desire.
More creativity.
More possibility.
Because your aliveness isn’t the prize you receive after you create a successful life.
Your aliveness is part of the currency you create your life with.
And tomorrow, we begin. 💛✨

Getting sober gave me far more than my sobriety.
It gave me back to myself.
For a long time, I understood my addiction through the lens of what was wrong with me.
Why had I done the things I had done?
Why couldn’t I just stop?
Why was I capable of so much in some areas of my life and seemingly incapable of controlling this?
Recovery eventually led me to a much more useful question:
What was happening within me?
I became fascinated by the human system underneath human behavior.
I began to understand addiction differently—not as evidence that I was defective, weak, or bad, but as an intelligent response within a human system experiencing levels of stress it did not know how to sustainably hold.
That understanding changed my life.
Understanding gave me compassion.
Compassion made responsibility possible without shame.
And responsibility returned me to choice.
To self-trust.
To authorship.
Eventually, I realized I wasn’t simply recovering from an addiction.
I was recovering myself.
My voice.
My trust.
My desire.
My power.
My capacity to choose what happens through me and what I create from here.
And maybe that’s one of the most beautiful possibilities available to any of us:
We can understand how we became who we became without making our past a life sentence.
We can honor the intelligence of the human system that got us here while teaching it another way forward.
Over time, new choices really can create a new life.
That journey—from understanding ourselves more deeply to reclaiming more of ourselves and consciously creating what comes next—is at the heart of what I explore now.
And it’s exactly what we’re stepping into inside Project Thrive: The First 21. 💛✨
21 days of joy, aliveness, self-connection, and conscious creation.
Not because there’s something wrong with you that needs to be fixed.
Because there may be more of you waiting to be lived.
If that speaks to something in you, come join us.

At some point, you have to decide your life gets to work FOR you.
Not when everything gets easier.
Not when everyone understands.
Not when you finally have enough time, money, support, certainty, or evidence that it’s all going to work.
Now.
There is extraordinary power in a decision.
Because a real decision isn’t just:
I want something different.
It’s:
I’m no longer willing to keep perpetuating what I know I don’t want.
I’m no longer willing to make struggle my default.
I’m no longer willing to postpone my joy until I’ve earned it.
I’m no longer willing to minimize my aliveness for someone else’s comfort.
I’m no longer willing to keep becoming a version of myself I don’t actually want to be.
And I don’t mean that you make the decision once and magically never fall into an old pattern again.
You will.
You’re human.
The power is in what happens next.
You notice.
You remember.
And you decide again.
Every time you do, you are casting another vote for the woman you’re becoming.
The woman who shows up for her dreams.
The woman who shows up for the people she loves.
The woman who has her own back.
The woman who lets herself actually enjoy the life she’s creating.
So maybe today isn’t about figuring out the whole damn thing.
Maybe today is about deciding:
How do I want to live?
Who do I want to be?
How good am I willing to let it be?
And then backing yourself long enough to find out. ✨
And candidly—
If you’re reading this thinking, YES.
It is time.
Get inside Project Thrive.
We’re spending 21 days exploring exactly this: more joy, more aliveness, more self-trust, more access to yourself, and more conscious participation in the life you’re creating.
If you’ve decided it’s time to thrive, come with us. 💛✨

Thrive Tip for Today ✨
Your life is right now.
It’s not when the kids move out.
It’s not at retirement.
It’s not when the lover gets here.
It’s not when you move into the new house.
It’s not when you finally hit the revenue goal.
Your life is right now.
And it will always be right now.
So maybe the wisest decision we can make is to stop postponing our enjoyment of our own lives!
Decide to let it be as good as it can be right now.
Notice what’s beautiful.
Let yourself enjoy what’s working.
Appreciate what’s already here.
Let yourself feel alive inside the life you’re actually living.
The inner shift is the reward.
And the beautiful bonus?
As you change what you’re available to notice, experience, create, and receive, life has a way of reflecting more goodness back to you.
If you like this kind of reminder to focus on what actually matters, you’ll love Project Thrive: The First 21. 💛✨

Project Thrive | Joy, Aliveness & Conscious Creation — Dr. Tami Berry Project Thrive is a 21-day experience for ambitious, big-hearted women ready to access more joy, aliveness, possibility, and conscious creation.
Maybe the life you are dreaming of is also creating you.
I was walking along the ocean this morning thinking about what it means to hold two things at once:
Deep appreciation for what is already here.
And deep desire for what is still becoming.
I don’t think those things are opposites anymore.
I think they belong together.
One foot grounded in the extraordinary wealth of the life I already have.
This family.
This body.
This moment.
This ocean.
This work.
This breath.
This ridiculous privilege of being alive to experience any of it.
And one foot moving toward a future I can feel before I can fully see it.
Not because now isn’t enough.
Because something in me wants to create.
And I’m learning to trust that.
Maybe desire isn’t evidence that something is missing.
Maybe sometimes it is information.
An idea.
A possibility.
A vision asking for our participation.
And maybe our work isn’t to force that future into existence.
Maybe our work is to become increasingly available for it.
To expand our capacity to receive what is already here.
To become more available for beauty, ideas, possibility, creativity, love.
To become the woman capable of stewarding what we say we want.
And to become her without abandoning the woman we are today.
That matters enormously to me.
I am no longer interested in creating a beautiful future through an adversarial relationship with myself.
I don’t want to arrive at some extraordinary destination only to discover I sacrificed myself getting there.
I want to enjoy becoming her.
I want who I become along the way to be the victory, in and of itself.
And standing beside something as vast as the ocean, I’m reminded that I am not doing any of this alone.
There are creative forces at work that are so much bigger than I am.
I am part of them.
So are you.
Maybe we were created to create.
Maybe the dreams that won’t leave us alone are there for a reason.
Maybe as we create our lives, our lives are creating us.
One foot in profound appreciation for what is.
One foot eagerly stepping toward what could be.
Fully alive for all of it. ✨
#
How I accidentally created a $15 million company.
It started with women becoming more alive.
Seriously.
There was no master plan.
I was doing deep nervous system work with brilliant women who began experiencing what happens when more of themselves becomes available.
More clarity.
More energy.
More creativity.
More capacity.
More access to desire.
And they said:
We want more.
So we kept going.
We started asking bigger questions.
What do I actually want?
What makes me feel alive?
What have I dismissed because I couldn’t see HOW it could happen?
I started asking those questions too.
I let myself want ridiculous things.
And instead of shutting them down, I started saying:
Huh. I wonder how that could happen.
Then ideas appeared.
People appeared.
Connections happened.
Opportunities I could never have orchestrated showed up.
And I began to understand something:
Our aliveness is creative currency.
It is the energy with which we love.
Lead.
Parent.
Build.
Dream.
Choose.
Create.
And I am DONE watching brilliant women trade that currency for some tiny, depleted version of success.
I don’t want you successful and exhausted.
I don’t want you winning on paper while disappearing inside your own life.
I want you ALIVE.
Lit up.
Connected to your desires.
Available for love.
For joy.
For possibility.
For the ideas that haven’t even found you yet.
Because your nervous system state influences what you have access to.
And when more of YOU becomes available?
You see differently.
Feel differently.
Choose differently.
Create differently.
That is the experiment behind Project Thrive.
21 days to explore what becomes possible when joy, aliveness, and conscious creation become part of how you live.
Not so I can tell you what your life should look like.
So you can discover what becomes possible when more of YOU is available to create it.

What if aliveness is the currency of a life well lived?
And I mean currency quite literally.
A current of energy.
The energy with which we love.
Create.
Lead.
Parent.
Dream.
Build.
Play.
Choose what comes next.
Because we can have a life filled with extraordinary things and still be too depleted to fully experience it.
We can achieve the goals.
Carry the responsibility.
Take care of everyone.
Keep proving how much we can handle.
But burnout, depletion, overwhelm, and self-sacrifice are not evidence that we are doing life well.
Maybe they are outdated strategies from an old way of living.
And maybe we have reached the point where we get to dismantle them.
Right now.
Not by abandoning our ambition.
By refusing to abandon ourselves in pursuit of it.
Imagine what becomes possible when we stop building our lives with the energy of survival and start creating them from aliveness.
More of us becomes available.
More creativity.
More possibility.
More joy.
More presence.
More love.
More power to consciously create what comes next.
And that expansion doesn’t stop with us.
Our children.
Our partners.
Our families.
Our work.
Our communities.
When we thrive, we expand what becomes possible around us.
Maybe that’s part of the opportunity in front of us now:
To stop treating burnout as the price of ambition.
Depletion as proof of devotion.
Joy as something we’ll get to once everything important is done.
And create a different future.
One in which success doesn’t require self-sacrifice.
One in which ambition and aliveness grow together.
One in which thriving becomes the current from which we create.
✨ That’s the experiment.
I’m spending the next year discovering just how good life gets to be when I stop treating my own aliveness as optional.
And I’m inviting 100 brilliant, ambitious, big-hearted women to begin alongside me.
Will you be joining us inside…

Unpopular opinion:
If you want to keep doing hard things, you have to stop being so hard on yourself.
I know.
But hear me out.
You can do hard things.
You can work hard.
You can make hard decisions.
You can carry enormous responsibility and rise to meet extraordinarily difficult moments.
But doing those things well across a lifetime requires something very different than becoming harder on yourself.
Because presumably, the point of all that effort is to create some version of success.
And what is success really worth if you cannot sustain it?
Or enjoy it?
Or actually feel alive inside the life you worked so hard to create?
I’ve been running a radical experiment alongside some brilliant, big-hearted women, and one thing is becoming increasingly clear:
Success does not require self-sacrifice.
In fact, your ability to create, sustain, and actually enjoy success depends enormously on the internal conditions from which you are living.
Your nervous system matters.
Your relationship with yourself matters.
The way you speak to yourself when things go wrong matters.
Because one of the most stressful environments you can live inside is an adversarial relationship with yourself.
Read that again.
You can leave the difficult meeting.
Finish the impossible project.
Walk away from the demanding situation.
But you cannot walk away from yourself.
And if the voice accompanying you through your entire life is relentlessly critical, demanding, disappointed, or withholding?
You are carrying a source of stress everywhere you go.
So perhaps the next level of success isn’t about becoming tougher.
Perhaps it is about becoming a place you can thrive within.
Go easier on yourself.
Respect yourself, at a minimum, my dear friend.
And if you dare to go further…
Become willing to love yourself into a bigger, more beautiful, more alive—and genuinely successful—life. 💛
Because maybe the ultimate flex isn’t proving how much you can endure.
Maybe it’s discovering how much you can create when you no longer have to overcome yourself along the way.
