When you are burning the candle at both ends it’s time to pause and remember self care is important.
Grateful for my friend who reminds me of that and holds me accountable by supporting my health and wellness goals.

The year is almost over, ALMOST… how are you going to show up? Are you going to push yourself to finish strong, pull in one more opportunity, connect with one more person, lift just a little bit more, check one more thing off the list? Finally hire a coach.
More importantly, how do you show up for yourself when no one is watching. My favorite time in the gym is when no one is around because that’s when I push myself the hardest.
Make these last days the best of 2023 and walk into 2024 in beast mode!

My challenge to you - be the light and remember your why.
I had a discussion with someone recently who had forgotten their WHY and I could see the light was dimming. That’s when we need to lend our light and help others. A candle doesn’t go out when it lights another candle. If you need help remembering your WHY or discovering a new WHY message me.
