Slowly but surely the season gets closer!
Can’t wait. One of my personal longest winters ever.

After almost all of 2025 off the water, we’ll be hitting it hard again in 2026. I look forward to new memories out there. Amazing that people are booking so much already for the new season. Can not express how thankful I am not only for their business but also for the friendships we fostered over the years. Merry Christmas everyone!

Sandy and Todd made the trip up from SW Louisiana. Bite started off awful with clear skies and zero wind. They kept at it all day and eventually put together a decent day. Including both getting their personal best smallmouth and Sandy decided to catch dinner with a beautiful walleye. Her very first! Super great people!

It’s quickly becoming that time again. Ice on Erie has been melting quickly. Should be out there in mid April. If you’re interested, get in touch before all the best days are taken. These were a few trips last year.

Hey y’all! I’ll be at the WNY Sport and Travel Expo this Friday and Saturday at the Hamburg Fairgrounds. Look for me at the Come Fish Lake Erie / Eastern Lake Erie Charter Boat Association booth! Talk a little fishin while we’re waiting for the ice to thaw! PS I like my coffee black!

Well, a few things: 1) it was great to get out FINALLY! 2) it’s odd how when it’s 24 degrees outside it actually feels warm?! I didn’t put gloves on all day! 3) this big fella has been in the creek for a while and he put up one hell of a fight!

This day a few years ago! I guess I fished in December quite often back then! Caught on a perch rig, size 8 gold Aberdeen hook and a minnow! One of 5 cats caught that weekend!

It’s that time of year! Mailed out a couple this morning. Thanks to my supremely talented Daughter In Law Fallon for the design and creation of these.
