Parkinson's Boxing offers one-on-one training with each individual for one hour. A baseline is established and a template is developed for each individual.

Our boxing therapy treats all types of neurological diseases and can help patients and families. Dean was the boxing coach for 12 years at UB. He works one on one with Parkinson's Clients using the same skills sets used by boxers to maintain balance, hand eye coordination and strength under extreme conditions

Parkinson’s says, “slow down.”
We say NO.

🥊This is the reality we see every day.🥊

Through our one-on-one sessions, we work to stimulate brain activity and help improve balance, gait, coordination, flexibility, and overall motor function. We also understand that Parkinson’s affects every person differently—so every session is built around the individual.

We’re not just training bodies. We’re helping people hold on to independence, confidence, and quality of life.

🇺🇸❤️ Support Those Who Served — Help Us Fight Parkinson’s Together 🥊

At Parkinson’s Boxing, we’re on a mission to give hope, strength, and community to those battling Parkinson’s Disease. Many of the individuals we serve are veterans—men and women who gave everything for us and now face a different kind of fight.

Justin is a son of one of our own Coaches who is also a Client, he is raising funds to ensure our veterans can continue to access our life-changing program that improves mobility, confidence, and quality of life—regardless of their financial situation.

Every donation goes directly toward supporting their training, sessions, and care.

If you’re able, please consider donating or sharing this page. Together, we can give back to those who have given so much. ❤️
