SIGN-UP SHEET
This sheet is used when riders and guests arrive at the event.
What goes on the sheet:
Rider name

If they are:

Entry Prices:
$25 = Competitor Entry Fee
$10 = Spectator Admission
Purpose:
This helps event staff:
Keep track of competitors
Collect contact information
Organize the event
