Sweeping 'Assault Weapon' Ban Introduced to Congress :: Guns.com Democrats in both chambers of Congress have announced a plan to outlaw about every common semi-automatic firearm with a detachable magazine.

NYS has a magazine limit of 10 rounds...... real question is, does it have a belt restriction?
