Onium Contemporary Ballet

Minou Lallemand, Artistic Director OBP is also a frequent collaborator with Chamber Music Hawaii. They are now located in Maryland.

The Onium Ballet Project was started in Honolulu, Hawaii by founder, Minou Lallemand, to present new works based on classical ballet technique combined with contemporary movement. The group has performed at the Contemporary Arts Museum’s ArtSpree, Arts at Mark’s Garage, Hawaii State Art Museum’s First Friday, Honolulu Academy of the Arts, The Latin Choreographers Festival in NYC, The University of Hawaii Hilo Performing Arts Cente , with The Hawaii Symphony and Hawaii Opera Theatre.

We’re back! We’re getting ready for our show Solostalgia:A Nature Memoir at the Burchfield Penney Art Center! Saturday November 1st at 3:45. Pre performance workshop too with artist Marissa Corwin Manitowabi on crafting cordage at 2:30 and then enjoy the performance! Link in bio.
