What is Kathak all about?

Some days it’s just pure joy—feeling the rhythm in your feet, doing a spin that finally lands right, getting lost in the music for a bit.

Some days it’s discipline—showing up, repeating the same thing again and again, working through frustration, and slowly seeing progress. It’s also a surprisingly good workout. You build strength, balance, stamina… but it doesn’t feel like you’re “working out.”

Some days it’s humbling—you think you know what you are doing well and your mind drifts just a little and you miss the beat. You are humbled again and again. It's a good workout for the mind to keep the mind at the present moment.

Finally settled on a name. This is final now 😅😀
