Sometimes we focus so much on the end goal (play the instrument) that we overlook all of the learning that happens along the way. Each step a child takes is an experience on its own. It is a learning opportunity.

Singing is more than just “cute”...it has real benefits and impacts on the regulation of a baby’s nervous system. Singing calms stress in the body, which is needed in order for your baby to eat and sleep well.

Pro tip: this also helps regulate toddlers and preschoolers too!

classes begin with welcome songs, integrate new and familiar song, dance, instruments and then close out with goodbye rituals 👋🏼. This structure provides familiarity and predictability to children- which are crucial for safety and security in the child brain.
