🤎 I’m growing the Yogi Hope community—and I’d love for you to be part of it.

Yogi Hope was created around a simple belief:

We all deserve spaces where we can breathe, rest, heal, learn and reconnect.

My email community is becoming an extension of that space.

I’ll be sharing:

🌿 Yoga philosophy
🧘🏾‍♀️ Yoga practices
🤎 Rest & restoration
🍵 Ayurveda & nourishment
✨ Meditation & mindfulness
🙏🏾 Affirmations
🌱 Reflections for living yoga off the mat
🌴 Special Yogi Hope classes, workshops & retreats

If you’re already part of my community, thank you. Your support means more than you know.

If you’re new here, welcome. 🤎

And if you know someone who needs a little more rest, reflection and encouragement in their life, share this post with them.

I’m still a student.

After years of practicing and teaching yoga, one thing I know for sure:

There is always more to learn.

More to discover.

More to question.

More to practice.

More opportunities to soften, breathe, release, listen, and begin again.

Yoga philosophy has reminded me that I don’t have to have all the answers.

I simply need to remain willing to listen and learn.

That’s why I’m creating a deeper conversation through the Yogi Hope email community.

Each month, we’ll journey through the Yamas and Niyamas, exploring:

🧘🏾‍♀️ Yoga philosophy
🌿 Ayurveda
🍎 Nourishment
🙏🏾 Mantras & affirmations
✨ Yoga practices
💭 Reflection
🤎 And ways to bring yoga into everyday life

This isn’t about becoming the “perfect yogi.”

It’s about becoming more present for the life you’re actually living.

So if you’ve been looking for a way to deepen your practice beyond the physical poses…

Come journey with me.

🧘🏾‍♀️ One of my favorite things about yoga is that the deeper you go, the more you realize it’s not really about the poses.

The poses are part of the journey.

But then come the questions:

How am I treating myself?

How am I treating others?

What am I holding onto?

Can I be content with where I am while still growing?

What can I learn when I become quiet enough to listen?

These questions are at the heart of yoga philosophy.

And they’re what inspired my new Yogi Hope email journey through the Yamas and Niyamas.

Each month, I’ll explore a teaching and connect it to everyday life—with practices, reflections, Ayurveda, nourishment, affirmations and more.

If you’ve ever wondered what yoga philosophy actually has to do with your life…

Come explore it with me. 🤎

✨What if you already have enough?

One of the yoga teachings that continues to speak to me is Santosha — contentment.

And in a world that constantly tells us to want more, achieve more, buy more, and become more…

Santosha feels revolutionary.

Contentment doesn’t mean we stop dreaming.

It doesn’t mean we stop growing.

It means we learn to appreciate where we are while we’re on our way to where we’re going.

A warm cup of tea.

A deep breath.

A body that carried you through another day.

A moment of laughter.

A good meal.

A quiet morning.

A little rest.

Sometimes abundance isn’t about having more.

Sometimes it’s about noticing more. 🤎

This is the kind of yoga philosophy I’m exploring throughout my Yogi Hope email journey—connecting ancient wisdom with the realities of everyday life.

🤎 Let’s check in with ourselves.

Complete this sentence:

“Right now, I need more ______.”

Maybe it’s:

🌿 Rest
🧘🏾‍♀️ Peace
✨ Joy
🙏🏾 Grace
💪🏾 Strength
🤎 Community
😴 Sleep
🍃 Space to simply breathe

I’ll go first:

I need more moments that remind me I don’t have to rush through life.

This is one of the reasons I’m creating the Yogi Hope email community.

I want to share practices, reflections, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and simple reminders that help us slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

The teachings that changed the way I practice yoga.

The Yamas and Niyamas are often introduced as ethical principles of yoga.

But I’ve come to see them as something much more personal:

They are invitations.

An invitation to practice non-harming.
An invitation to speak truthfully.
An invitation to let go.
An invitation to be content.
An invitation to study ourselves.
An invitation to surrender what we cannot control.

They don’t ask us to be perfect.

They ask us to pay attention.

And that has been one of the most powerful parts of my yoga journey.

💭 What happens when Ahimsa becomes the way you speak to yourself?

💭 What happens when Santosha becomes your practice of enough?

💭 What happens when Svadhyaya invites you to become curious about who you are?

These are the questions I’m exploring in my Yogi Hope email journey.

I’m creating something a little different with the Yogi Hope email community.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Yoga is so much more than what happens on the mat.

When I first began practicing yoga, I connected with the movement—the poses, the breath, the feeling of slowing down.

But over time, I discovered something deeper.

Yoga philosophy began teaching me how to live my yoga.

The Yamas and Niyamas became more than ancient teachings. They became invitations to pause, reflect, grow, and ask myself:

✨ How am I showing up in the world?
✨ Am I practicing compassion toward myself?
✨ What am I holding onto that I can release?
✨ Can I create more contentment with what is?

This journey continues to shape the way I teach, practice, rest, and live.

💌 I’m sharing more of this journey through my Yogi Hope emails—exploring yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, mindful living, practices, reflections, and ways to bring yoga off the mat and into everyday life.

Join me on the journey.

🤎 Need a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect?

I invite you to spend a little time with me on the Yogi Hope YouTube channel. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

I’ve created a meditation series to support you wherever you are on your journey—whether you need a few quiet moments in the morning, a reset during a busy day, or something soothing before bed.

🌿 Slow down.
🌿 Take a breath.
🌿 Release what you don’t need to carry.
🌿 Give yourself permission to simply be.

You don’t need a perfect space or a lot of time.

Just find a comfortable place, press play, and give yourself a few moments of peace.
