1 session:Pre-season/pick-up ball Wed. 7pm. Month of June, season starts first wed. in July. 5 vs 5 flag football league. Tournament determines Champions.
Its non-contact (no blocking) call your own penaltys. We have 5 fields so all teams play at the same. Games are first one to 35 or 35 minute time limit and you play the same team twice. Season record determines seeding for the year end tournament.
