Update: We spoke to the officer who was at the V**e Shop and he informed us that the two kids' parents were called and they were escorted home, only to sneak out again shortly after.

We were angry and frustrated and didn't have all the details when we made our post. We want to give credit to the officer who keeps an eye on our store and caught them in the act. He responded to the situation to the best of his ability. Unfortunately, the law itself is just awful when it comes to dealing with juveniles, and there's nothing anyone can do.

Our main focus was to make other businesses aware of what's going on around town and to be vigilant. We appreciate all the support, shares, and messages we've received.

The kids that tried to break into the v**e shop left after talking with a police officer and went down to Fox motors and broke the door and stole a truck. Then they broke into wild bills and then had to have spike strips to stop the vehicle by the police.

The cop pulls up to the kid in a mask and gloves on standing next to some large rocks and just lets them walk away smh.

Cadillac is going to s**t! We need help identifying these 2 little scumbag kids who were trying to throw rocks and a glass bottle through our front door at Another V**e Shop Cadillac at 1:00 am Sunday, May 31st. The police pulled up, saw the kid with a face mask and gloves standing next to 2 big rocks he was about to throw through the door and just let the 2 little punks go.
