I’m back at The Gym this week!! Book through the gym app, members and nonmembers welcome! Classical Pilates is Friday at 12 at IGNITE Studio! This class is a great place to start your Pilates journey, or get back to the root movements of Pilates! It’s also a great way to prep for advanced mat, if you are intersted in taking that class later this month! See you on the mat! 💪🏼

One of my favorite classes I’ve taught recently!! We worked through the entire classical order, and everyone did it beautifully! Watch out for more advanced classes to strengthen your practice! 💪🏼🔥
