Didn’t expect to go into labor that night 😳

I had just gotten back from my OB appt and once she told me I was 80% effaced and feeling like this baby can literally fall out …. the reality of this baby coming early really kicked in. and I had planned for a beautiful date night that would require a 30 min drive and I called him and said let’s just go somewhere super close.

🩵Signs baby was coming before his due date:
• Experienced lots of Braxton hicks
• Baby dropped low into my pelvis
• Lots of low back and pelvis pressure
• Normal walking sparked contractions
• Fatigue hit
• Had some nausea

While experiencing those symptoms I did a lot of birth prep movements to ease discomfort and looking back it was my body naturally supporting baby to be in the best position for labor.
