Super Training
My name is Steve Scherer. I am a 28 year old personal trainer. I am starting a Christian business that puts the glory of God above all us.
I make every decision both professionally and personally based on the passion I have to serve and glorify Jesus and Him alone. I believe that every gift and ability I have is given to me by Him. I have been working out and trying different protocols, supplements and diets for over 10 years. I have found what does work and many, many that do not. I am certified with the International Sports Science Association and am hoping to share my experience and success with others.
Starting a new project soon. The nitty-gritty of working out. No frills or fancy techniques. Just the bone basics of the past greats.
Finishers: When you're done with your workout and you go nothing left. Crank it up for a few short minutes and put in a finisher. Dumbbells swings, push ups/squats, sprints. You will be amazed at the levels you reach.
Don't confuse effort with guaranteed success. The body adapts very quickly. Spice up your running routine by replacing every 3rd running session with a full session of hill sprints. Push yourself. You won't believe where it will take you.
