Participation Requirements
1. Nominee Criteria: Must be serious about improving their fitness and health goals.
2. Commitment: Participants should commit to following the program for the full month and provide honest feedback about their experience.
3. Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 and older.
4. Submission: Nominate someone by December 15, 2024, and include a brief reason why they would benefit from this opportunity.
5. Testimonial: At the end of the program, participants must agree to provide a testimonial about their experience (written, video, or both).
6. Location: This offer is available to individuals who can work with the program online (access to a gym or equipment is not mandatory).

“Lifting weights = bulky?” Let’s clear this up!
This is one of the biggest fitness myths out there. Here’s the truth:
1️⃣ Building muscle takes time. You won’t accidentally get “bulky”—it requires consistent training, a specific calorie surplus, and often years of work.
2️⃣ Lifting weights builds lean muscle. This gives your body that toned look by reducing fat and shaping your physique.
3️⃣ Women don’t have the same testosterone levels as men. Gaining extreme muscle mass naturally isn’t something that happens overnight (or at all for most).
The key to a toned, lean body?
• Strategic strength training.
• A balanced diet with enough protein.
• Consistency and smart recovery.
