We had a blast last summer with the 10k steps a day challenge so we are bringing it back for summer 2026!
The 10k steps a day challenge is completely FREE and super simple!
Your objective: Get 10k or more steps a minimum of 5 days per week. Track your steps on your phone, smart watch, fitness ring or other means that I'm not tech savvy with!
Post in our private group at least 1x/week! Yep... a minimum of 1x/week because let's be honest, not even I want to be on social media daily! If you get your post in 1x/week, you are eligible to be entered in a drawing to win No Limits prizes! Prizes will be given away at random.
Extra challenges will be posted throughout the summer! This challenge will start June 1st.

🏋️♀️Participate in group fitness classes this summer offered multiple times during the week. Choose from early mornings, mid day and evening options. Stick to a schedule or mix and match for what works best for you!

💪Summer bootcamp is also back! Bootcamp is a great way to participate in group classes but get a lot more specific about your goals over the summer. Bootcamp memberships include 3 individual 1:1 fitness assessments, body composition analysis, goal setting, and discount pricing on all group classes for the length of the bootcamp.

Don’t allow the latest trends or someone else to tell you what’s most important for YOU.
Everyone who comes in has a different priority, a different goal, a different desire and those things are allowed to change whenever you see fit and as life is well, life 🙃

✅ wanting to be stronger
✅ having a fit pregnancy
✅ getting up and down from the floor easier
✅ keeping up with grandkids
✅ weightloss
✅ learning what to do safely
✅ meeting new people
✅ managing perimenopause and menopause
✅ postpartum health
✅ recovering from injury
✅ and everything else in between
These are all important to me because they are important to you and one persons goal isn’t better than another.
We are here to drown out the excess noise and focus on what matters to YOU.
