Our fall session of Preschool Dance with Coach Loren is coming, and we’re inviting our littlest dancers to join us for a magical season of dancing, learning, and fun! 🩰

Designed just for ages 3–5, this class is the perfect place for little ones to build confidence, learn beginner dance skills, and fall in love with performing.

It’s their time to shine!

Our first CEA Dance Workshop of the season is Golden Hour — an upbeat, feel-good 8-week dance experience created for dancers ages 6–12!

Throughout the workshop, dancers will learn dance fundamentals, musicality, flexibility, coordination, technique, choreography, and performance skills while building confidence and having FUN along the way. No previous dance experience is needed — just come ready to move! ✨

☀️ Ages 6–12 | All Experience Levels
🍂 September 22 – November 10
✨ Tuesdays | 5:15–6:00 PM

💙 SUNDAY FUNDAY: DELTA DIVAS EDITION 💙

Work hard. Play hard. And occasionally… THE FLOOR IS LAVA. 🌋😂

The Delta Divas wrapped up practice the other day with a little friendly competition — and yes, the coaches got pulled into this one too. 👀

The girls danced around the floor, giggling and showing off their moves until it was time to find a square and escape the “lava!” 😂

Practices are filled with learning, repetition, corrections and hard work — but we also love making time for moments like these. 🫶🏼 Our athletes work hard for us, and sometimes the perfect way to finish practice is to let loose, laugh with their teammates and just have FUN.

And judging by the amount of screaming, dancing and coaches desperately trying to claim a square… we’d say the Delta Divas had a pretty good time. 🤣💙
