Right back at it on Monday bright and early! Abby and Ireland were tired from the weekend but showed up and got after it today. Adyson and Katie crushed it as well. (See comment)

Day 2 in the books at the Waterway Duals! Once again the Shamrocks showed up and got after it. Their team came in 3rd but only by a few total points total. These girls supported each other and have really taken to heart the team building aspect. We’ll have good week of practices and conditioning WHICH STARTS BACK AT ZERO FIVE FORTY FIVE Monday (tomorrow) morning because we have big goals and our opponents aren’t resting. BEAST MODE!!
