This month’s theme: Aparigraha, a Sanskrit word meaning non-attachment.
Releasing our grip on the way we think things “need” to be can result in less suffering, and more joy and ease.
Non-attachment can be applied to how we move, what we believe is possible, and even the things we accumulate.

A woman stopped me in a parking lot, handed me these tulips and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day. 🌷💗
How beautiful to receive such kindness from a stranger.
