Meet the first coach in our new Behind the Crest series. It’s a closer look at the people who lead, teach, and inspire our players every day. This series is all about building connection: getting to know our coaches not just for their soccer résumés, but for who they are as humans, mentors, and role models in our community.

We’re starting with Ryan McCormack, a steady presence in our club whose impact goes far beyond the sidelines. His leadership style is shaped by years in the classroom, years on the field, and a genuine belief in helping players grow into confident, capable people.
