This is not about looks but yes, you will definitely SEE a difference in people but watch them and you will really see a difference.

They can get out of a chair with ease, get up out of the floor, easily climb a flight of stairs, pick up and carry heavy things-- the list goes on and on.

When you don't do anything to take care of yourself, EVERYTHING is harder and gets harder and harder the more years that pass.

Not taking care of yourself will rob you of your independence.
