We had to process a young lamb on the farm a while back. I pulled him from the freezer a few days ago and we smoked him today! For dinner I made a smoked pulled lamb burger in a red wine bbq sauce with an herb aioli and garlic and red wine fried with a bbq sauce/mayo mix to dip the fries! The buns were made from scratch, the bbq sauce and aioli were made from scratch. And obviously the lamb was home grown!
