Was the winner announced for the September contest?
A big thank you to the Maintainance crew here. My A/C wasn’t working right. It would go on and continue running all day. They replaced the filter and came back to see if it was working right. He wasn’t happy with the temp reading so he got a tank of Freon recharged the outside unit and it work great. It now gets colder and shuts down when it reaches the temperature setting.

There are a lot of times we see people who are doing their job and take what they are doing for granted. I’m at 10 Waterfall Drive and have seen the women and the man who are responsible for cleaning the hallways, stairs and the laundry room. I just want to acknowledge how nice they are always with a smile and how clean the stairs, hallway carpets and the floor in the laundry room. Thank you for keeping everything clean. 🙂
