I’ve loved reading all the post about Ace, and seeing all your photos. It’s made me a little introspective.

To me It’s been a reminder that we are more than what divides us. We are what unites us!!

A quick visit to see my mother in law with Colin and Sydney. Off to Italy in the morning to meet Claire in Pisa. The Tuscan countryside awaits where we will be joined by my middle sister and her family, and another couple from Atlanta that Colin has known for a long time.
This will be a TOTAL vacation!!! No work for me or Colin! It’s been a while since I’ve had a non working vacation!!
Bring on the pasta and all the wine!!

The world lost an extremely talented actor yesterday… the movies of my youth were far more entertaining because of Val Kilmer. Three of my favorite characters he played…I don’t idolize actors but they sure took me away from reality for a blip in time, which is all they are meant to do.
If you haven’t watched his documentary do yourself a favor and watch it.

We did brunch…it lasted over 7 hours and I could do this every weekend with these new neighbors. What a blessing it is to find friends where you reside!
