Thanks to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Black Bear Rampage 20 and 35 Mile MTB Race! It was great to be back at the Ocoee Whitewater Center and we had a beautiful day of racing and perfect trail conditions. Thomas Turner and Jayden Randall reigned superior as the king and queen of Tanasi in the 35 mile race. A huge thanks to the wonderful support we received from The Ocoee River, The BUS Bar and Grill, Scott's Bicycle Centre, Adventures Unlimited, TORQ USA, Mulberry Gap - Adventure Basecamp, Tifosi Optics, Trek Bicycle, Muc-Off and Sasquatch Bike Fitting. Also thanks to all the rockstar volunteers who helped out to ensure the event ran smoothly. We can’t wait to make the event even bigger and better next year!

Optional Black Bear Rampage 20 and 35 Mile MTB Race early check in 2 - 6 pm at the Ocoee Whitewater Center pavilion on River left. Race day check in is from 6:30 to 8:30 am.

Today is the last day to register for the May 17 Black Bear Rampage 20 and 35 Mile MTB Race! Registration closes at 11:59 pm tonight! The weather forecast is looking great with several dry days leading up to the race so the trails will be in amazing shape! There is no race-day registration for this event, so all registrations need to be completed tonight.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SUNDAY MAY 17th!! We have just a few volunteer spots remaining that we need to fill for the May 17th Black Bear Rampage 20 and 35 Mile MTB Race:
QUICK AND EASY - finisher medal handout from 10:45 am to about 1 pm at finish line
TWO COURSE MARSHALS - both locations you can drive to off of FS 45 (1-2 miles from venue) from 10 am to 3 pm (two needed)
AID STATION - Chestnut Mountain (4 miles away on gravel road) from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
35 MILE COURSE SWEEP - 9 am till last rider finishers
We will feed you and get you some sweet race swag! Come join us at the Ocoee Whitewater Center for what looks like it will be a beautiful day of racing!
