Meal prep anyone?! Sounds like a daunting task but it doesnโt have to be by keeping it simple ๐ Here is one of my favorite go to breakfasts. Chia protein pudding. Chia seeds are great for digestion and plant based protein powder is a great source of protein to start the day. Get some small 4 ounce mason jars, organic chia seeds, milk, protein powder of your choosing and a little honey ๐ฏ
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
Then fill to top with milk or almond milk
Add a teaspoon of honey or agave for sweetness.
