Hello Lee County Hawks Parents, Players, & Family,
It is a bittersweet day today for our Lee County Hawks Family. Bitter and heartbroken because we write this notification to inform you that we have decided to retire the “GREEN & BLACK” for now.
With the current challenges of COVID19 combined with the lack of assistance from the city & county for a home field after 8 successful seasons we feel this is best at this time. From the founders & many families of volunteers over the years we wanted to say THANK YOU! Thank you for trusting us with your children. I know I can speak for everyone when I say that these last 8 years have been very special and hundreds of boys and girls will have a lifetime of memories padding up for their big games & cheering their teams onto victory.
While many of us will carry so many great memories forward in our lives, players please never forget the life lessons your football family has bestowed upon you. These simple life lessons that you learned while being a part of our football family can & will take you far!

The sweet part is as we reminisce about our eight years of football and cheer we remember all of the “firsts” that we created & the great families that volunteered their time to help make everything possible.
We proudly were the first youth football program in Southwest Florida to introduce no weight limit football so all kids could play without strict weight limits. Before our no weight limit option, many kids were turned away from the game that we love so much. We were also the first youth football program in Lee County to put together an optional tutoring program for all participants to help them be the best student athlete that they could be. Our mission has always been about preparing them for their futures in high school and providing them the tools necessary to be successful. We proudly taught our participants the power of teamwork and what it means to be a football family. With that being said we would like to send a special thank you to many families that have played a big part in our growth and success over the years. We hope that your time given to the youth of the community brought you as much joy and happiness as it did for us. We obviously can't name everyone so THANK YOU Coaches, Team Parents, equipment managers & board members for all of the extra time and endless effort. Without you none of this would’ve been made possible.
