There comes a point where you start to modify your behavior in order to survive the environment you are in.

Resistance to change, fear of uncertainty, and our desire for comfort has us stay in place where we aren’t valued and do some things that in hindsight don’t make any sense.
You’re stronger than you know.
When you’re a breadwinner make sure you never forget to be on yourself.
