🥗🥕 Healthy Recipe Alert! 🥕🥗

Looking for a delicious and nutritious meal idea? Try out this mouthwatering NO MAYO tuna salad recipe that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized! 💪

🍽️ Healthy Tuna Salad: This healthy tuna salad is full of flavor, light on calories and super easy to whip for lunch any day of the week! Swap the mayo for greek yogurt and dijon mustard and save those calories for a treat later.

Ingredients:

2 5- ounce cans white albacore tuna in water drained
2 celery stalks minced (about ¼ cup)
2 tablespoons minced red onion
⅓ cup 2% Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and parsley until well combined.
2️⃣ Add the drained tuna on top, along with the celery and red onions. Gently stir until well combined.
3️⃣ Serve on its own, on top of greens, in a sandwich or on toast. Avocado optional.

First and foremost, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule is key. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, even on weekends, helps regulate our internal body clock and promotes better sleep patterns.

Creating a relaxing bedtime routine can signal to our bodies that it's time to wind down. Engaging in activities like reading, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation techniques can help prepare our minds and bodies for restful sleep.

☕ Do you love your morning coffee but sometimes experience that afternoon crash? One way to still enjoy your coffee but avoid the crash is the delay your caffeine consumption by an hour after waking due to caffeine's affect on adenosine receptors.

☀ Delaying caffeine consumption early in the morning may allow adenosine receptors to function more optimally once the natural sleep-wake cycle has started to regulate cortisol levels and adenosine production. By waiting to consume caffeine, you allow the adenosine receptors to be less influenced by the blocking effects of caffeine, potentially leading to better adenosine receptor sensitivity and response.

🔥 Here are a few potential benefits of delaying caffeine consumption in the morning:

Enhanced Adenosine Receptor Sensitivity: Adenosine receptors may become desensitized with chronic caffeine use due to the prolonged blocking effect of caffeine. 🔪 Step 1: Start with a high-quality steak, preferably a thick-cut ribeye or striploin. Season generously with salt and pepper, allowing the flavors to pe*****te the meat. 🌿
