SoCal can’t make up it’s mind if it’s summer or fall lol, so we take advantage of the 80 degree days ☀️and lay out by the pool when we can 🤗

Red flag 🚩 alert 🚨😬

✔️Exercise shouldn’t be punishment for what you eat or drink. CELEBRATE movement! Exercise is SO much more than just burning tons of calories because you were “bad” this weekend.

✔️”You’ll never do the same workout twice.” If you’re looking for entertainment, great. If you’re looking for optimal results, you don’t need to worry about “switching it up” every day.

✔️Strength training as a female=shape and curves built by MUSCLE. Period.

✔️Strength training IS fat loss training. It should hold more importance over cardio in a fat loss program.

✔️Just say no to magical supplements promising rapid results with no effort other than popping pills.

✔️Carbs aren’t the enemy. You can eat carbs AND make great progress.

After the events of the last year and a half, we’ve made much more of an effort to go to concerts/festivals, take short trips, and jump on opportunities to connect with others. Life is too short to not experience it to the fullest💚

What’s in it:⠀


‘s coconut basmati rice🍚 (SO good omg) ⠀

Mixed greens🥬 ⠀

Ahi tuna 🐟steaks (lightly marinated in soy sauce and lime juice) ⠀

“𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙄 𝙜𝙚𝙩?”⠀ 🤔⠀


A common question I hear from clients when they sign up with me 💁🏼‍♀️⠀


While copious amounts of protein powder shouldn’t make up the bulk of the protein in your diet (eat mostly whole, less processed foods! 🥩 🥚 🍗🌱), I DO think a protein supplement 1-2 x a day is totally acceptable AND helps a LOT of my clients hit their daily protein needs. ⠀


It’s also great for those of you who are “on-the-go” & might not have time for a full meal 1-2 times during the day. It allows you to get in a bunch of nutrients very easily because you can also throw in fruits & veggies to make it a “Super Shake”. ⠀


Plus, I think protein shakes are pretty darn tasty 😋 I ALWAYS look forward to my daily protein fluff bowl 😉 ⠀


I have tried a BUNCH of different protein powders, but only a few have stuck out to me in terms of QUALITY & TASTE. ‘s Grass Fed Whey is FANTASTIC. Coach Ashlee-approved 👌⠀


First off, it is 𝙉𝙎𝙁 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙, which is HUGE. Why? “Each batch is tested for accuracy of ingredients and screened to ensure there are no levels of contaminants, masking agents or banned substances” (that is straight from their website!). This is especially important for athletes! It has 2.5G of Leucine per serving, which is an important building block that triggers muscle growth (a lot of protein powders don’t give you this info 😬). It has NO sucralose (if you have tummy issues from sucralose in other powders, this is good news for you!). There’s no added hormones, it’s soy free, all natural, & gluten free. ⠀


And...it tastes amazing! It passed my protein fluff bowl test so I’m sold 😆⠀

We will be offering private and semi-private coaching, as well as nutritional guidance. We will be specializing in strength training & physique/mindset transformation. Barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, and squat racks galore!



We just got the keys 🔑 to our place today, and (as you can see!) we’re already starting to move stuff in. We’re too excited to wait any longer 🙈⠀



This has been a dream of ours for YEARS...and now our dream is finally becoming a reality 😭 I am so grateful to be able to do this with the love of my life, and live out our passion for fitness together🥰⠀

‼️SHOW RECAP‼️Alright guys, here’s a quick little show day recap before I board my flight ✈️ back across the country! .


This was my third national show. First national show this season. I ended up in 1st callouts, but ended up placing 8th when the scorecards came out. I was disappointed, but there’s a reason for my placing. I will explain more when I have time🙂.



This weekend was an absolute blast. Met some awesome people, enjoyed post show food and drinks (everything I’ve been dreaming of, and I feel SO satisfied now and ready to get back to WERK!!), and spent some quality time with my love 🥰. Feeling all the feels heading home. Yeah, I don’t have a pro card. But this is just the beginning of my national show circuit this season. I’ll keep you guys updated with future plans, but just know...I will be back for more 😏😜
