She reminded us that every day, we get to decide who we want to be, whether our choices reflect our values and whether we’re willing to take ownership of the life we’re building.

Because at the end of the day, our choices are ONLY ours, and there’s power in that. ✨

Our hearts are with our Hobbs Schools family. 🦅

Our partnership with Hobbs Schools is so much more than a partnership. These are schools we walk into, educators we work alongside, and students we have the privilege of knowing, encouraging, and caring for. When something happens to one of our schools, we feel it deeply.

Our hearts are with Mr. Matthews and his family as he continues to heal, and with every student, teacher, staff member, and family at Highland Middle School who has been impacted by what happened Friday.

To our young people especially, please know that you are loved, you are supported, and there are so many people in this community who care deeply about you.

We are incredibly grateful for the educators who show up for our students every single day, and right now, we are holding our entire Hobbs Schools community a little closer. 🖤💛
