A successful Cleland Zionsville Early bird meet. After thunder and rain from 5am to 7am adding to all ready soft course the course is in pretty good shape. Next week we will most likely see the nice green grass in parts that are now muddy

A couple normal draining spots will get your new spikes dirty
I really wish we could have used normal start and finish but it's not worth destroying the start finish intersection for the 10 meets to follow. Gotta look good for Big East live on ESPN this October

Cutting in the alternative finish at this morning just in case. Last time we used this finish was Big East 3 years ago. When adding the fence to finish i had double gate put in for this reason. Woods area is good thanks to the crushed stone we keep rolling in over past couple years. More updates Wednesday!

All the flooded finish area as od Sunday 9am has disappeared. A small spot off center remaines but with sun this week course should be great for the Cleland EarlyBird XC meet the 22nd
We will get course cut by mid week and I will setup Friday to welcome 1500 HS runners
