🍽️ KETO COMFORT FOOD DONE RIGHT! 🍽️
Tonight’s dinner was one of those meals that had everyone going back for seconds!
✨ Fresh green beans
✨ Sausage, mushrooms, onion & garlic
✨ Homemade Protein Alfredo Sauce
✨ Parmesan cheese baked to perfection
I started with fresh green beans seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Then I sautéed sausage with fresh mushrooms, onion, and garlic before layering everything together.
The real star? My homemade protein Alfredo! 💪
I blended:
✔️ Cottage cheese
✔️ Heavy whipping cream
✔️ Water
✔️ Black pepper
until silky smooth and creamy. Poured it over the casserole, topped with Parmesan cheese, and baked until bubbly and golden.
This meal is packed with protein, low in carbs, full of flavor, and proof that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring.
