Don't forget to have your yearly backflow test done. Not all homes have this. If you have a sprinkler system, irrigation, pool, or well for irrigation you might have a blackflow that needs to be tested yearly to make sure your Nonpotble water doesn't go into the clean water for drinking. Just another added yearly expenses for some homes not all.

Airbnb tip for traveling to Tahoe after burning man.

I did not sleep well at all and I had to come up and deal with an RV situation today at one of the homes I help manage. I gave the guests a ride so they can move their RV expained it all to them they had no idea how strict Tahoe is on VHR homes. Please, when your host reaches out to you, answer the phone and text them back.

Be bear aware when you are in Tahoe. Tahoe is a safe place but Bears like to go inhomes and try to find food. They are getting ready for winter so please lock the wildlife out. Thank you. Keep the bears wild. Also never leave trash in the house. Mistakes were made here by a new housekeeper. Now they know how important it is. This is why we do checks on properties when they are not in use.

This doesn't look right. I was driving back and yes maybe I am a little ADD and I noticed this in the distance. When I got to the stop light and just am so happy it turned red for me this time. I was able to get a video and zoom in to see what was going on.

When I lived up in South Lake Tahoe, I was surrounded by trees. So in order for me to see beautiful sunsets like these, I had to go find them or work at places with a view which I did. But since moving down to the valley, all I have to do is walk outside. I love it. To me this is a million dollar view and for half the price.
