I ran into a man I've always admired and respected at IACP 2024. Ken Kollmann, my LAPD academy classmate and our class leader (LAPD Class 3-96). He's a natural-born leader who had a great impact on all of us. He took the lead, took the heat, and brought us together into a cohesive team. It was really nice to catch up with him.
