With that being said. This is Day 1 of my 58-day challenge! If you've been in the gym with me you know I like to clown. As my motto in life is to:
**work hard and have fun**

There is just over 8 weeks of summer left until school starts! I'm taking the reigns and am doing a "58 strait"!

Gym+Walk+Nutrition - The trinity for the win. For 58 days strait!

Day 1 - 30 minute circuit.
Squat/Row - Jump Rope - Ball Slam - Knee Raises
4 exercises, 45 second intervals, 8 rounds. Kicked my butt!! I jumped 4-500 reps! Legs are burning and I love it!

Then I walked, got poured on, ate dinner and went on another walk. Giving me just over 2.5 miles for the day. I'll take it!

Sunday group walks put both of those things right on the table. Today's 4 miles, finishing with stairs and a hill, did not disappoint us in the fitness category!

One thing that tends to always occur is a meeting of new people and creating new connections. Networking for business or for life is so very important.

Nothing like 1111 popping up on Day 7 of my challenge. Always love my guardian angel telling me to manifest greatness. I'm on it. Destined.

A few fun facts. 🥰 Maria has never lifted weights. She is now stronger then ever benching, squatting, and deadlifting with the Olympic bar. She struggled to get off the ground, now she's damn near jumping up! She couldn't hold a 5 second plank and now doing 6, 30 second planks back to back like a boss!

Monday Morning Grind! I brought the heat today, and they accepted the challenge! No giving up from my crew. 6 clients this morning equals 6 people who worked hard, will burn calories all day, and have released those special endorphins to get them through their Monday!

I'm so proud of all my clients. Its not easy to wake up early and workout but its so worth it.
