A decision can be yours without being fully intentional.
You may have said yes to a role because it was the next logical step. Kept a commitment because you had always been the dependable one. Followed a routine because it worked once and never revisited it.
At the time, each decision may have made sense. But decisions can accumulate into a life without a moment when we stop to ask whether the whole picture still fits.
Try asking yourself two questions:
1. Why did I choose this in the first place?
2. If I were making this decision today, with what I know now, would I choose it again?
You do not have to change the answer. The value is in noticing it.
Intentional living starts when familiar choices become choices we are willing to examine.
