"Hey, I’m Katy! I’ve been training at Fit24 since earning my ACE certification in 2022, and I also hold a nutrition coaching certification through Precision Nutrition. I’m passionate about both living and teaching a healthy lifestyle.
My training style focuses primarily on strength training, with a blend of functional fitness, cardio, and mobility work. While I work with clients of all ages and abilities, my specialty has become helping older adults stay strong, healthy, independent, and able to live life to the fullest."
