These national events only happen because of our amazing community of volunteers willing to give their time to help these athletes realize their dreams of winning a national title. Be a turtle hero! 🐢🐢🐢
If you see a turtle trying to cross the road and want to help it out:
- Pull over safely.
- Move the turtle in the direction it was headed.
- Pick it up by the back of the shell with two hands.
- Watch out for the claws and bitey parts.
- Wash your hands.
- Pat yourself on the back for being a friend of turtles.
- Have a cupcake or something. 🧁 You earned it.

Hey all! Our next trail work day is on April 26, and we are going to be back on Trough. There's a bit more work to get it finished and running well for the summer, so we're going to try and knock that out this month!
Join us at the Timberview Lot at Carvin's Cove at 9 a.m., and carpool if you can. Once again, will provide lunch afterwards. See you there!
