A good morning to celebrate all that is good in our world! Happy Mother’s Day to all you mothers out there… whether you run, walk, or crawl, all are welcome and celebrated!

We have all seen the work & long hours that our fellow Chick, Carly Harris has put into getting ready for her big race, the Mingus Traverse...well she finished with flying colors!! 80.3 total miles, with elevation gain of over 9K, completed in 26:29:22. She ended up finishing 41st overall, 12th female & 2nd in her age group! All that hard work paid off & now you can rest & celebrate!! Congratulations, we are all so proud of you!

Fabulous RCAZ turnout this morning for the Dynamite Brewery 5K Beer Run! Great way to get 2026 off to a great start!
