My reign as Ms. Senior World 60s 2025 continues! Had a wonderful time representing the potential of women sixty and over in the Park Cities Parade. Thank you, Dallas, for a wonderful & warm welcome and Happy Birthday, America!

Happy National Pink Day! My year as Ms. Senior World 60s 2025 is half way over! Wonderful experience!

First time presenting an academic poster - at age 64! Many great ideas discussed and great contacts made at the Aging and Cognition Conference at the Virgin Hotel in Dallas.

Sixty is time to travel! Having a great time on a 14 day cruise. Great way to miss the cold of winter and the longer sailing means fellow passengers are a lot like us - plenty of time and ready to enjoy this time of our lives.

Our 25,000 steps across Munich (Old Town, English Gardens, Olympic Village) was not enough to “walk off” what we saw at the Dachau Concentration Camp. As the memorial says Never Again!

Presented my doctoral thesis today at the 11th Annual European Conference on Positive Psychology (ECPP) with Dr. Susan Jackson (author of “Flow in Sport”) and Dr. Gary Gute, Flow expert. I confess, it was quite an experience presenting to a pool of psychologists and academics professionals - when it was over, I had to step outside for fresh air! Conference goes til Sunday - much to learn!

Times have changed since COVID! Just a few short years ago, two of my four children were "sheltering in place" with use at home—including son Jack, who was starting his business. We must benefit from believing that the time we spent together made young people who they are today. These days of contribution were some of my favorites—what were yours?
