ICA offered a total of 15 trainings at this conference! Topics included case studies from DCI, ethics, mental health, the dark web and many others that people use to get their CEU’s!

We want to thank all of our speakers! We can’t do these events without you. We had so much positive feedback from participants with how much they enjoyed the trainings and even how they had a hard time choosing which sessions to attend because they wanted to go to more then one during the time slot!

You really get your moneys worth at ICA conferences!

Anyone can come, you don’t have to be employed by DOC to enjoy these trainings.

We’ve had college students, HHS, law enforcement and those just wanting a way to easily get many of their CEU’s.

Come give ICA a try at our next conference in Des Moines Oct 21-23 at the Embassy Suits.

Wellness was the theme for the opening speaker yesterday with speaker Cara Lenz and her training Lead Yourself Well: The Essential Skill Set for Wellbeing, Resilience and Real Results.

Mayor of Cedar Falls Danny Laudick opened our conference followed by Deputy Directors Marcy Stroud and Joel McAnulty.
