This is how we program most off-seasons with our athletes. We start at the top and work our way down the βslideβ. Build as much strength/power early and then train to move those strengths/movements as fast as possible! Itβs really bad ass to deadlift 500+lbs and throw 90+mph, run sub 6.8βs and hit absolute π !
